Nature of Vintage & Disclaimer You explicitly acknowledge and agree that this purchase is an "as-is" transaction for vintage goods. The following are considered inherent characteristics and part of the charm of vintage items and are NOT considered defects, thus not eligible for return or exchange: · Traces of Time: Slight wear and tear, vintage odor, natural oxidation, or fading. · Minor Signs of Use: Light pilling, localized snags that do not risk unraveling and do not affect appearance. · Minor Imperfections: Faint and inconspicuous stains, missing or loose buttons with no functional impact, minor non-structural loose threads. · Sizing Variations: Reasonable discrepancies from modern sizing standards due to the garment's age and past washing methods. · Disclosed Flaws: Any issues that we have explicitly mentioned in the product description through text or images. 3. Exception: Undisclosed Major Flaws We are committed to honest operation. If the item you receive has a major flaw that was "never mentioned or shown" during its sale, please understand this is not a normal characteristic of vintage. Examples include: · Irreparable holes or tears. · Large, stubborn, and unremovable stains. · Broken zippers or fastenings that render the garment unwearable. · Severe, unmendable moth damage. Process: 1. Contact Us: Please contact us via Direct Message on our official Instagram account within 24 hours of receiving your package, providing your order information. 2. Provide Evidence: Send clear photos or videos that distinctly show the undisclosed major flaw. 3. Communication & Resolution: We will review and investigate the case upon receipt. If verified, our resolution is NOT a standard return/exchange, but we will engage in individual communication and negotiation with you to find a mutually satisfactory solution (e.g., offering partial store credit/compensation, etc.). The final resolution is at our sole discretion. 4. Acknowledgement & Agreement Completing your payment signifies that you: 1. Understand and accept the unique nature and potential imperfections of vintage goods. 2. Agree to accept the garment in its condition upon arrival, including all characteristics listed in Section 2. 3. Agree that the sole remedy for an undisclosed major flaw is communication and negotiation with us, not a standard refund or exchange. 5.
